Roback and Bialy CPAs, PLLC Certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council

Rochester, MI - Roback and Bialy CPAs, PLLC, (“R&B”), a business specializing in finance and accounting outsourcing services, was awarded national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Great Lakes Woman’s Business Council, a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (“WBENC").
“We are honored to be certified as a National Woman Owned Business by WBENC,” said Julie Roback, R&B Founding Member. Entering the business workforce over 25 years ago, the founding members of R&B were faced with many challenges as women leaders in a predominately male led industry. They were driven to push the boundaries and make an impact.
“Our motivation for success eventually led us to form our own firm, where we could create our desired culture, one that operates with care and integrity and is committed to supporting other women and all other types of diversity,” said Jennifer Bialy, R&B Founding Member.
WBENC’s national standard of certification implemented by the Great Lakes Woman’s Business Council is a meticulous process including an in-depth review of the business and site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by a woman or women.
By including women-owned businesses among their suppliers, corporations and government agencies demonstrate their commitment to fostering diversity and the continued development of their supplier diversity programs.
