Julie Roback
As co-founding member at Roback & Bialy CPAs, Julie Roback offers a proactive, strategic approach to maximizing operational efficiencies and improving financial performance.
Known for her dependable nature and passion, Julie’s expertise lies in implementing systems, creating better optics for forecasting/budgeting, and optimizing cash flow to scale any size business from start-ups to multi-billion dollar organizations.
Our Board Advisor
Rolf Kleiner is an accomplished executive currently serving on multiple advisory boards. During his career he oversaw and developed the Kelly Services Outsourcing and Consulting Group, serving as its Senior Vice President and General Manager.
Kleiner later became Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer at Kelly Services, Inc. where he was responsible for developing a disruptive business model. Rolf later went on to form his own consulting practice focused on embedding effective change in organizations.
Rolf has worked with and mentored both Julie and Jennifer of Roback & Bialy and now serves as a trusted business advisor.
